	PRODUCT

Timeline：
2001	－	Company incorporated as Ways Technical Corp., Ltd. on Sep. 4.
	－	R&D team formed with the purpose of providing reliable development on electrochemical and metallization process technologies.
	－	Construction of the first manufacturing facility completed at Dayuan,Taoyuan County.
	－	Initial capital was NTD 20,000,000.
	－	The core businesses are consisted of treating surface and manufacturing of plastic products and electronic components.
2002	－	Completed pilot run for electroplating products and received certification from HTC Corporation for quality assurance.
	－	Launched production for electroplating products of mobile phone housing.
	－	Implemented quality inspection mechanism.
2003	－	Paid-in capital reached NTD 69,962,500.
2004	－	Received ISO 9001 certification from SGS.
	－	Completed 2nd electroplating line at Dayuan, Taoyuan County.
	－	Set up Printing Dept. by acquiring Chanshin Corporation for introducing printing expertise.
	－	Further invested in Ways Technical(YangZhou) Corp.to expand business scale.
	－	Employed over one hundred workers.
	－	Purchased the current building to cope with business expansion.
	－	Sputtering Dept. and Coating Dept. were set up in order to be an all round service provider in plastic surface decorating.
	－	Paid-in capital reached NTD 80,648,540.
2005	－	Received ISO 14001 certification from SGS.
	－	Launched mass production for plastics injection products in Yangzhou plant.
	－	Paid-in capital reached NTD 249,318,570.
	－	Stocks approved by Securities and Futures Bureau for public issuance.
2006	－	Partnership with global leading brands of GPS and bluetooth headset products.
	－	Employed over three hundred workers.
	－	Further invested in Aquaways Corp.Ltd. for marketing of kitchen and bath products.
	－	Completed registration and book-entry operations for uncertificated securities.
	－	Approved by OTC for trading of Emerging Stock(Code:3508)
	－	Completed 3rd sputtering line at Yangmei plant and launched mass production.
	－	Paid-in capital reached NTD 266,907,690.
